Top right was a Medical Headgear Device for micro surgery for Optimize Inc. The Robot was part of a design team work at FMS Inc, for  Chip Handling. Lower left was enclosure parts for Design Genesis medical equipment client. Gary Hart Designs is a Mechanical Design consultant service with a "40 year Degree of Experience" in the Product Development field from Bicycles to Bio-Tech Surgical equipment and beyond. For the past 12 years I have specialized in surface and solid 3D CAD model development, using SOLIDWORKS for rapid prototyping, and designs mostly for injection molded plastics and die-cast parts and enclosures components for Electro-Mechanical Packaging applications. Most of my roles in the Design Engineering and Product Development area, have been as a support element, (Link) between Industrial Design and Engineering, or as part of a design team member controlling the master model 3D CAD database and Designing parts For Manufacturing (DFM). I also have, an extensive background in Chassis component designs for; RIM parts, Sheet Metal Stampings, Thermoformed Plastics, Metal Die Castings and NC machine part designs. I have managed many part design projects from concepts into prototype evaluations and release for manufacturing, and Managed Tooling Programs for both domestic and offshore. Every project is unique and my services also bring a multi-talented network of design resources and specialists to the project with years of experience if necessary.......
