The 9MM pistol and the Mountain Bike Frame designs were for a Solidworks CAD competition. The top right was a medical headgear devise for micro surgery for Optimize Inc. The Robot was part of a design team work at FMS. The lower left was enclosure parts for Design Genesis medical equipment client. The lower right was a tooth flossing devise through Stirling Design. Gary Hart Designs is a Mechanical Design consultant service with over 40 years of experience in the Product Development field from bicycles to Bio-Tech equipment. For the past 10 years I have specialized in SOLIDWORKS CAD models for rapid prototyping, and designs mostly for molded plastics applications. Most of my roles in the Design Engineering and Product Development area, have been controlling of the master layout database and managing design support. I also have, an extensive background with sheet metal, die castings and machine part designs. I have managed many part designs from concepts to prototypes, evaluations and release for manufacturing.
